What this app is designed to hold.
This is a release-preparation notice, not a completed production privacy policy. The operator identity, support contact, hosting location and retention commitments must be supplied and verified before a public release.
Store information
The connected app reads product variant names, references, brand hints, unit costs and store currency. It holds purchasing suppliers and rules, requested quantities, drafts, an optional comparison reference and feedback that the merchant chooses to submit. Data is scoped to the authenticated shop.
No customer data or store changes
The app does not request customer lists or order history. No product, cost or inventory writes are performed in Shopify. CSV downloads are review documents; they do not send orders or initiate payments.
Deletion and preview
The application code deletes its workspace, saved feedback and sessions when it receives a verified uninstall or shop-redaction webhook. Production backup retention and operational procedures still require review. The public demo has fictitious products and keeps changes only in the current page.
